W2 Living embodies a modern approach to urban living, bringing a new standard to the overall rental experience. W2 is located at West 2nd and Wylie, between the thriving hubs of Olympic Village and Mount Pleasant. W2 Living is a rental tower professionally managed by Promont Management. This feature property will showcase Promont’s lifestyle centric approach to building amenities and management. Utilizing innovative features promoting community interactions with a strong focus on health and wellness.
Promont Management is a company focused on property and asset management firm. Their sales team requested me to design a branded printed material for their upcoming events. I have adapted the overall design aesthetic of the property branding system and created a printed brochure with an illustrated map of the W2 Living location in Vancouver, Canada.
