Thanksgiving
The Thanksgiving tin, bar wrap and chocolate mould design is an extended version of previous year's design. The main goal was to create a premium gift products that reflect the Thanksgiving celebration. In addition to the pumpkin, the design includes different types of leaf illustrations to match the fall season and complement the previous year's product collection.
The colour palette is warm and vibrant, reflecting the spirit of Thanksgiving and fall season. Therefore, I have incorporated orange, yellow, brown, green and red, along with secondary colours that support the packaging designs appropriately, including the brand requisite purple. The special finish on the packaging design includes both matte and gloss varnish, along with embossing that adds elegance to the overall look.
Challenges I encountered while working on the design included considered how the previous fall packaging fits together as a cohesive collection, how the designs could be expanded into different formats, how the illustration and messaging would appear, and how the product could be displayed on retail shelves in an appealing way that draws customers' attention while maintaining brand standards.
